Warranty

Whole-structure bat exclusion includes a two-year written warranty on sealed openings we completed. If bats re-enter through an opening we sealed, we return at no charge to make it right.

A lifetime warranty is available upon request.

Targeted one-spot repairs are scoped separately and may carry different coverage—we explain that clearly before work starts. Custom inserts and clear products (not spray foam) are part of how we stand behind the seal.
