Bat exclusion built for Carolina buildings
Exclusion is the heart of lasting bat control: one-way hardware lets bats leave at dusk, then we permanently close every mapped gap with custom inserts and nearly invisible seals—never spray foam that cracks in Piedmont sun or coastal humidity.
- Mapped one-way exclusion devices
- Custom inserts — not spray foam
- Nearly invisible finished seals
- NCWRC maternity calendar respected
- Two-year written warranty on whole-structure work
- Lifetime warranty available upon request

One-way devices, then permanent seals
After inspection confirms roost exits, we install tubes, nets, or valves sized to the opening so bats can leave but not return. We monitor until activity stops, then remove devices and seal with materials matched to brick, vinyl, wood, metal, and stucco common across North Carolina.
Maternity blackout — know the calendar
Bat maternity blackout (LAW): May 1 – July 31. Exclusion work is scheduled August 1 – April 30, with inspection and planning available year-round. During the blackout we still inspect, plan, and quote so you are ready when exclusion legally and humanely resumes.
Why we never use spray foam as the seal
Spray foam looks fast and fails fast—UV, thermal cycling, and moisture open new gaps. We use custom inserts and clear architectural products that blend with the building and hold under warranty.
