How we work

A clear sequence from first call to sealed envelope—timed for North Carolina law and bat biology.

  1. 01

    Phone consultation

We learn what you are hearing or seeing, flag any bite/exposure urgency, and set expectations around maternity timing.

  2. 02

    On-site inspection

Attic interior plus full exterior envelope mapping with photos—Carolina bats rarely use one hole.

  3. 03

    One-way exclusion

Devices go on when the calendar allows (August 1 – April 30). Bats leave at dusk; they cannot return.

  4. 04

    Permanent custom seals

We close mapped openings with custom inserts—not spray foam—for nearly invisible finishes.

  5. 05

    Optional cleanup + warranty

Guano remediation as needed. Whole-structure work includes a two-year written warranty. A lifetime warranty is available upon request.
